Anti-Racism, Racial Equity and Inclusion Cohorts
In our engaging Anti-Racism, Racial Equity, and Inclusion cohort workshops, we use exciting community building activities to develop a shared Anti-Racist language, equity lens, define organizational culture, create and operationalize equity plans, and develop measures of accountability. No one is free until we all are free.
Coaching and Support
We provide 1-on-1 Executive Leadership development and coaching. We support and challenge leaders to:
Supervise across racial and gender differences
Create professional development plans
Reflect on the intersectionalities of their own racial identity
Identify their purpose in carrying out Anti-racism, Racial Equity, and Inclusion
Develop individual and organizational AREI goals
Develop measures of accountability and more.
We support you in eliminating personal and institutional barriers that stand in the way of achieving organizational goals.
Racial Equity, as a process, is carried out when people from BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities are the owners, leaders, planners, and decision makers in the systems that govern their lives. Empress Rules serves diverse communities with excellence by including them in the planning process. With our customized community engagement plans, we support organizations in closing the gaps and reaching their goals.

Our trained mediators will support your community through these uncomfortable situations using healing, restorative justice practices rooted in love.
Do you want to know if your program is effective at serving Black, Indigenous, Communities of Color? Are you headed in the right direction? Our team will work with you to evaluate your programs and support you in developing processes and strategies to get you on the righteous path.

In our Educator Workshops, we support teachers in gaining the skills needed to close the achievement gap. With our Customized AREI training and in-depth 1-on-1 teacher observations through an equitable lens, teachers get the support that they need to bring out the best in themselves and their students.
