Coaching and Support

We provide 1-on-1 Executive Leadership development and coaching. We support and challenge leaders to reflect on the intersectionalities of their own racial identity; identify their purpose in AREI; develop individual and organizational AREI goals and measures of accountability, and identify solutions to challenges that work to stand in the way of achieving organizational goals.

AREI Strategic Planning and Workshops

In our engaging Anti-Racism, Racial Equity and Inclusion workshops, we use exciting community building activities to develop a shared Anti-Racist language, equity lens, define organizational culture, create and operationalize equity plans, and develop measures of accountability.

Community Engagement

Equity, as a process is carried out when people from BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) communities  are leaders, planners and investors in the decisions that impact their lives. Serve diverse communities with excellence by including them in the planning process. With our customized community engagement plans, we support organizations in identifying and reaching their DEI goals.

Teachers Leadership Program

Our Teacher Leadership Program supports teachers gain the skills needed to close the achievement gap. With our DEI training and in-depth 1-on-1 teacher observations through an equitable lens, teachers get the support that they need to discover where their bias exists.
