Service Description
Basic Assessment: In the Empress Rules Basic Assessment, the ER team collects the necessary background information to engage the organization and determine the best course of action to help define its current AREI (Ant-racism, Racial Equity and Inclusion) cultural landscape. We identify basic deliverables that the organization of Empress Rules can support the organization’s actions. This assessment is for organizations who are just beginning their AREI journey or have limited capacity. In Depth, 9 Domain Assessment: In the in depth 9 domain Empress Rules assessment, Anti-racist organizations must commit to integrating cultural responsiveness across the organization’s policies, practices, culture and assessment. We aim for organizations to determine their profile and identity along a continuum of degrees to which the organization is and is not culturally responsive. Similar to “diagnosing” health, determining the degree to which one meaningfully serves communities of color is required for internal and external purposes. ER Team will work in collaboration with leadership to create an impactful and intentional AREI action plan to ensure that AREI is being carried out in the organization and that methods of accountability are clear and present.
