Service Description

We provide 1-on-1 Executive Leadership development and coaching. We support and challenge leaders to: · Supervise across racial and gender differences · Create professional development plans · ​Reflect on the intersectionalities of their own racial identity ​· Identify their purpose in carrying out Anti-racism, Racial Equity, and Inclusion · ​Develop individual and organizational AREI goals · ​Develop measures of accountability and more. · ​We support you in eliminating personal and institutional barriers that stand in the way of achieving organizational goals.
